Fil-Estate Realty Sales Associates, Inc. (the Company) was incorporated in the Philppines on January 26, 1996, with the primary purpose to aquire, hold, operate, dispose of by purchase, sale, exchange, morgage, barter, lease or in any other manner, conditionally or absolutely, real estate and/or improvements thereon or other properties dor residential, commercial or recreational purposes or any interest therein, an to own, hold, improve, develop and manage any real estate as condominium, house & lot, lot, golf course, buildings, structures or other properties or interest therein so aquired, as well as erect or cause to be erected on any real estate or other properties, held or occupied by the corporation buildings, plants, factories, recreation facilties, or other similar structures with their appurtenances.

Its main office is located at Renaissance Towers, Meralco Avenue, Pasig City, Philippines with 30 employees in 2004 and 33 in 2003.

The company with its acronym of FERSA is a member of the Fil-Estate Group of Companies, and is one among five sales and marketing companies responsible for selling Fil-Estate products like, subdivision lot, houses and lot, condominium, golf course/club shares, resort proprietary shares, all of which are developed and owned by principal holding company, Fil-Estate Land/Fil-Estatae Properties, Inc. Fil-Estate Land is publicly registered company listed with the Philippine Stock Exchange. Fil-Estate Realty Corporation is the start-up company established in 1981 and from where FERSA spun-off as a separate company with its own Board of Directors. The name Fil-Estate has been prominent in the real estate industry - when by the sheer number of active sales agents and vibrant sales organizations it has achieved phenomenal growth in the late 80'w and most of the 90's - the era considered the boom years in the Philipphine real estate industry - where its excellent projects attracted hordes of enthusiastic investors an buyers. FERSA is the top Fil-Estate marketing company in 2004 in terms of sales volume and is well on its way to repeat the feat this year, God willing.

The company operates on the basis of two (2) sections of the work force. There are twenty nine (29) fised income-company paid employees which are the support group and the other, the sales department. The latter group - consist of sales agents who are paid on commission basis based on their output and the selling of the different real estate products of several of the big named developers in the industry. As a whole, the company derived its revenue from commissions from the selling of different real estate projects.

EMPLOYEES AND SALES AGENTS

There are twenty nine (29) regular company paid employees, twenty seven (27) of whom are females. Majority are secretaries doing clerical work in the documentation of the sales production.

A large portion of the manpower is the sales agent comprising of the sales department who derives compensation through every consummated sales of the company's real estate products. The means that there is no limit to how much one can earn in the sales department. The income depends on the sales made.

75% of the employees and agents are females. Their ages range from 20-60 years old.
