There are 4 payment terms available to us:
- Cash - with this option, you may be able to get upto 10% discount on your desired property when you pay the total contract price (TCP) outright within a period of time usually within 2 weeks time.
- In-house financing - Your payment duration maybe extended upto a certain number of years with corresponding interest
- Bank Financing - Your payment duration maybe extended upto a certain number of years with corresponding interest through your bank.
- PAGIBIG Financing - Your payment duration maybe extended upto the longest number of years with minimal interestprovided that you are a PAGIBIG member
