What benefits do I receive by securing a Priority Listing Certificate (PLC)?

By securing a Priority Listing Certificate (PLC), you are able to participate in the Priority List Selection Event at Balaihara Newcoast Villatel, at Newcoast, Boracay before it is unveiled to the public. PLC Holders are also eligible to acquire a condominium unit/s, if made available, at the Priority List Selection Event, which includes the following benefits:

Priority Selection - Be among the first to select property from our brand new Condominium to be operated as hotel in Boracay, the premier resort destination in the country.

Special Priority List Selection Event Incentives - During the Priority List Selection Event, only PLC Holders will be offered special incentives, discounts, and a special purchase gift.

What is a PLC?

The Priority Listing Certificate (PLC) is a Certificate granted to a Preferred Applicant in order that he/she may participate in the Priority List Selection Event. The same will entitle the Holder to the incentives, discounts, and privileges that may be given by the developer, if and when it chooses to make available units in the condominium project.

How many PLC's are available and why is the timing of when I secure my PLC important?

There is a limit to the number of PLC Holders allowed to participate in the event because there is also a limited number of units that may be made available for release at the Priority List Selection Event. Not all PLC Holders will be able to select a unit/s and receive Priority List Selection Event incentives. This is why the timing of when your PLC is secured and your level of interest are so important.

Can I participate in the Priority List selection event without a PLC?

Only PLC Holders are able to participate in the Priority List Selection Event, and the Priority List Selection Event incentives are only available to PLC Holders on the day of the event.

How do I become a PLC Holder?

A PLC can be obtained only after you submit your Priority Listing Application with a refundable Priority List Inclusion Fee in the amount of (P100,000.00). This will be held in an escrow account and is refunded to you at the Priority List Selection Event any time at your request. The said fee will be applied as partial payment if you are able to select a unit/s that you want, should the units be made available. Whether you withdraw you application or opt out not to select a unit/s, if made available, the Priority List Inclusion Fee is 100% refundable (without interest).

Should I choose to acquire the unit/s, if made available, how many unit/s can I select with my PLC?

Should you choose to select and acquire a unit/s, if made available at the Priority List Selection Event, each PLC Holder will be allowed to acquire a maximum of two (2) units. Units must be acquired in the name that appears on the PLC.

Do I have to be at the Priority List Selection Event to acquire a unit?

If you cannot attend the Priority List Selection Event but would like to select a unit/s, you will be able to do so only after those who are physically present in the event shall have been able to select a unit/s that may be made available, and only if there will still be units that have not been selected.
